摘要
高负荷运行下的焦化加热炉,由于局部炉管过热引起管内结焦是一个普遍性的问题。利用红外测试仪器对炉管温度进行红外监测, 能及时掌握炉管和炉膛内温度分布情况, 因而可通过调节火嘴的燃烧,稳定炉内温度场, 以避免炉管局部过热, 延长加热炉运行周期。
Under the heavy duty operation,the internal coking of tube caused by local tube over heating is an universal problems for delayed coking furnace.The tube temperature is monitored by infrared monitor instrument.Then the distribution condition of tube temprature and chanber temperature can be known well in time.By means of adjusting the combustion of burner,steading the temperature field of chamber,the local tube over heating can be avoided,and the operation period of furnace can be prolonged.
