摘要 血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂阻断血小板凝集的最后共同通路,能够有效地抑制血小板功能,可减少急性冠状动脉综合征患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后无复流的发生。本文就急性冠状动脉综合征患者应用血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂作一综述。 Platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa receptor antagonists could block the final common pathway of platelet aggregation and effectively inhibit platelet function,thereby they reduce no-reflow phenomenon in patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention for acute coronary syndrome.This review summarizes platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa receptor antagonist therapy in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
