摘要
斜井旋转钻进中,井斜控制主要由稳定器与钻铤组成的增斜、降斜、稳斜钻具来实施。文中通过下部钻具力学分析,应用近期研制的“井下稳定器安放位置调节器”组配的钻具组合,在正常钻井时,稳定器到钻头距离保持不变,钻具井斜性能相对稳定;停钻后,通过地面调整泵压或钻压来改变调节器伸缩量,使井下稳定器到钻头距离和钻具井斜性能发生变化。经现场应用表明,这种调节器能够由地面简单操作改变井下稳定器的安放位置和钻具井斜性能,避免起下钻重新组配钻具组合,可实现斜井旋转钻时的井斜连续控制。
In the course of rotary drilling of inclined well,the hole deviation control is mainly realized by use of the angle building,angle dropping and angle holding tools composed of stabilizer and drill collar.Through the mechanical analysis of lower drill string and applying the drill string assembly composed of the “regulator for the placement of downhole stabilizer” recently developed,the distance between the stabilizer and bit is unchangeable and the hole deviation performance is relatively stable in case of normal drilling.After the drilling's being stopped,the extending and shrinking sizes of the regulator are changed through regulating pump pressure or weight on bit from the surface,making the distance between the stabilizer and bit and the hole deviation performance be changed.Through on site application,it is shown that this regulator can change the placing position of the downhole stabilizer and hole deviation performance by a simple operation from the surface,avoid round trip operation for recomposing drill string assembly and realize a continuous control of inclined well's deviation in the course of rotary drilling.
