制革废水的厌氧生物降解性研究

摘要 利用UASB反应器的厌氧颗粒污泥和自配的制革废水,研究了制革废水的厌氧生物降解性。试验结果表明:制革废水COD(化学需氧量)浓度小于9000mg/L时,制革废水能被有效的厌氧降解。制革废水COD浓度达到12000mg/L时,对厌氧微生物有很强的抑制作用,厌氧降解难以进行。和易于厌氧生物降解的乙酸钠相比,在适宜的COD负荷下,制革废水具有良好的厌氧生物降解性。 The anaerobic biodegradability of the tannery wastewater was studied with anaerobic granule sludge of UASB( Up Flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) as reactor and homemade tannery wastewater as samples. It shows that when the COD( chemical oxygen demand) of tannery wastewater is below 9 000mg/L,the tannery wastewater could be biodegraded effectively. But when COD reaches 12 000mg/L,anaerobic digestion has been inhibited greatly and it is difficult for anaerobic digestion continue. As a result,anaerobic digestion has been gradually stopped. Compared with the sodium acetic which is easy to degrade for anaerobe, the tannery wastewater has better anaerobic biodegradability at the suitable COD.
