摘要
改革以来,我国的分配制度已有了很大的改善,劳动者的积极性也有所提高。但是,许多问题仍亟待解决,分配不公的现象依然存在。对此,仅仅靠宏观经济政策的调控还远远不够,微观上职工收入自我约束机制的建立和完善,将会对改进收入分配、缓解消费过热起着重大作用。
The distribution system in China has undergone much improvement through reform and as a result, worker enthusiasm has been giver a fuller play. However, with many pressing problems still pending, the question of unfair distribution is far from being solved. In the circumstances, it is not enough to depend solely on macroeconomic control, whereas an establishement and perfection of a selfrestraint mechanism in the worker income budgeting process will play an important part in the improvement of the process and cool off the consumption fever.
