摘要
通过模拟工业化连铸生产,在自制的模具上进行泡沫铝的连续喷吹试验研究。当工艺参数为:增粘剂(Al2O3)含量7wt%,发泡温度635℃,气流量0.42L/s,保温温度500℃,水冷时发泡效果最好。
The simulation experiment of continuous casting was carried out by self-making die. When tackifier(Al2O3) content is 7wt%, foaming temperature is 635 ℃, gas-flow rate is 0.42 L/s, holding temperature is 500℃ and cooling mode is water cooling, the foaming effect is optimal.
