摘要
采用QFORM-3D软件对P91合金管材的热挤压成形过程进行数值模拟,分析了热挤压过程中变形材料的应力、应变和温度场的分布。着重对不同壁厚管坯的成形过程进行模拟,根据模拟数据建立了挤压比与挤压力的关系曲线图,并通过挤压工艺试验对所得的挤压比-挤压力曲线图进行了验证,结果吻合的很好。
The hot extrusion processes for P91 alloy tubes were simulated by QFORM-3D software. The distribution of stress field, strain field and temperature field at the hot extrusion process was analyzed, the forming process of different thickness of the blank of tube to was simulated. According to the simulation data, the curves of extrusion ratio and extrusion pressure were established, the extrusion ratio and extrusion pressure relationship curve was verified by the extrusion process, the results agree very well.
