摘要
采用径向夹紧轴向加压方式,对铬锆铜棒料进行了精密剪切实验研究,讨论了剪切工艺参数对剪切断面质量的影响,阐述了断裂区的产生原因;从宏观和微观组织形态以及受力状态角度,探讨了铬锆铜棒料精密剪切塑性分离的基本原理。
The precision shearing of Cu-Cr-Zr bars under radial clamping and axial load was put forward and tested. The influence of shearing parameters on the quality of shearing section was discussed, and the reason for the fracture zone was described. The basic principle of separation of Cu-Cr-Zr bar was investigated from macro and micro-morphology and stress state.
