从生产工艺、质量控制和质量管理方案几个方面分层次地对小本体聚丙烯减小产品熔融指数波动、提高规定范围内合格率的问题进行了探讨。文中侧重于质量管理，从产品质量与市场成本的关系。手，讨论了提高质量的有效途径，并根据实例抽样进行评价，从理论上分析了质量管理方案的合理性和科学性，以及对生产的检验、控制和指导作用。

Problem of reducing product melt index fluctuation with small mass polypropylene and increasing on-spec rate within specified rangr is investigated from aspects of production process, quality control and quality management scheme, in which quality management is emphasized to discuss the effective ways of improving quality in view of the relationship between product quality and market cost,and evaluation is made bed on random examples. The reasonability and scientilicality of quality management scheme as well as its examination, coned and instruction role to production are analyzed theoretically.
