摘要
对接焊缝广泛应用于钢结构制作和安装中,但因制作和安装等累计误差,导致一些对接接头根部间隙超过国家规范要求,本文在实验的基础上,通过对对接接头根部大间隙焊接工艺进行优化,并成功完成了大间隙的焊接,填补钢结构焊接规范没有大间隙焊接参数和工艺的空白。
The butt weld is widely used in manufacture and installation of steel structure. But because of the combined error in manufacture and installtion, some root gaps of butt joints exceed national regulation. On the basis of experiments ,the processing parameters were optimized and the loose-lifting was successfully welded. The technique fills the blank in loose-lifting welding process and parameters.
