摘要
针对影响减三线蜡料质量的因素,进行了分析,提出了对原料进行510℃、520℃馏份切割的解决方案,并对所切得的物料进行了脱油实验。结果表明:将大庆石油化工总厂炼油厂(以下简称炼油厂)减三线蜡料进行适当馏份切割后,脱油蜡能达到半炼蜡的指标要求,可作为制蜡的原料。
Aiming at the fastors that effect wax quality, analysis is made and solution plan of 510 ℃and 520℃ fraction cut to the feed stock is proposed and deoiling experiment is made to the material cut. The result shows that wax produced in the refinery plant of Daqing petrochemical complex, after proper fraction cutting, the deoiled wax can meet the requirement of semi-refined wax and can be used as raw material for producing wax.
