摘要
研究了石蜡基粘结剂和W-Cu粉末混合制备的喂料的脱脂性能。选择CH2Cl2为溶剂脱脂的溶剂,坯料在37℃的CH2Cl2中脱脂4h可以脱除粘结剂的70%以上,坯料内已形成了连通孔道,可以在后续的热脱脂中快速加热脱除剩余的粘结剂。根据喂料的热重分析结果确定了热脱脂工艺,热脱脂的最高温度为490℃,经过10 h热脱脂,坯料中的粘结剂可完全脱除。
The debinding properties of MIM feedstock using the wax-based binder were studied. Solvent process was carried out in CH2Cl2. After debinding for 4 h at 37℃, more than 70% binder was removed. The results show that the remain binder can burnt out through the channel which is opened by removed binder. Thermogravirnetric analysis was carried out on feedstock in order to understand the decomposition behavior of the binder components. According to the results of thermogravimetric analysis, the thermal debinding process is determined. The highest thermal debinding temperature is 490 ℃. The thermal debinding process can be accomplished by debinding for 10 h.
