摘要
对某新型汽车的大型铝合金变速箱壳体的模具温度场进行数值模拟,分析了模具温度场的特点及主要影响因素。分析表明,浇注温度越高,模具温度变化幅度越大,模具温度梯度也越大,易产生较大热应力。较高的模具预热温度可以减少达到热平衡时所需循环次数,降低温度变化幅度。根据模拟分析结果,给出了较优的工艺参数选择来指导实际生产。
The temperature field in die-casting die for automobile large gearbox shell of aluminum alloy was simulated, the characteristics of the temperature field and the main affecting factors were analyzed. The results show that the higher the pouring temperature, the bigger the temperature variation range and the higher temperature gradient of the die ,which causes bigger thermal stress. The bigger preheating temperature of the die can reduce the times of temperature variationr and temperature gradient. Based on the results of simulation analysis, the better process parameters are given for the production practice.
