摘要 通过对高强度22MnB5硼镁合金板材热冲压成形工艺和关键技术分析、热冲压成形模具热平衡分析,建立了高强度板材热冲压成形热平衡模拟方程,提出高强度板材热冲压成形模具设计方法,对热冲压成形模具冷却系统作了详细的设计。 Through analyzing the hot forming process and key technique, and analyzing the hot balance of hot forming die of 22MnB5 high-strength steel plate, the hot forming balance simulation equation of the plate was established, the design method of hot forming die was put forward, and the cooling system of hot forming die was designed.
