摘要
根据零件的结构,确定了压铸件的分型面,设计了浇注系统;选用的卧式冷室压铸机,进行了压铸模具总体结构设计。该模具用卸料板推出机构的模架,开模后,推杆将卸料板沿分型面推开;通过卸料板推出铸件,受力均衡,不易发生变形。采用了侧向抽芯机构、活动型芯的新型定位方式,保证了孔的位置精度,可生产合格的产品。
According to the structure of oil pump, the parting line of the die castings was determined, the gating system was designed; based on selecting die-casting machine with horizontal cold chamber, the overall structure of die-casting die was designed. Using the stripper plate pushes out the die-frame in the die, after opening the die, the push-bar pushes out the stripper plate along the parting line;the castings were pushed out by the stripper plate, the forcing was balanced, less prone to distortion. Using the side core-pulling mechanism and new orientation style of activity core to ensure the accuracy of hole locations, the qualified products can be produced.
