摘要
摩托车制动脚踏板在使用过程中发现断裂。采用化学成分分析、金相组织检验以及电镜微观分析等方法对其断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,制动脚踏板断裂的主要原因是在使用过程中操作不当,致使踏板焊缝处所受应力过载,加上踏板材料组织不均匀,从而加快了裂纹的扩展和断裂,最终导致制动脚踏板断裂失效。
The breaking of the brake foot pedal in motorcycle was investigated by chemical analysis, metallography inspection and electron microscope. The results show that improper operation in use causes the stress overloaded in the welded joint of pedal. The nonuniform distribution of the microstructure of the pedal accelerates the propagation of crack. These cause the fracture of brake foot pedal.
