Development Of Jet Type Cyclic Flow Reactor

针对乙烯齐聚合成1-己烯研究中的搅拌釜高压反应器传质效果差，密封困难，乙烯转化率低等问题，研制了一种喷射环流反应器，并应用在试验装置上，使乙烯的转化率由25％提高到95％，取得了较好的效果。

In view of problems of bad efficiency of mass transfer, difficult sealing and low ethylene conversion rate occurred in agitator high pressure reactor during study of oligomerization synthesis 1-hexene from ethylene, therefore a jet type cyclic flow reactor is developed and applied in experiment unit, thus the ethylene conversion rate is increased from 25 % to 95 %, getting comparatively good result.
