Study and Control of Fibre White Specks in Spinning with Two Stage and Wet Process

阐述了泛白产生的机理，研究了泛白对纤维质量的影响，分析了产生泛白的因素。泛白会降低纤维的染色值和含油量，正常丝中如混有泛白丝，会造成染色不匀、含油分配不均。同时，对减少纤维泛白的工艺参数，进行了优化选择。

Mechanism of resulting in white specks is discussed, effect of white specks to fibre quality is studied and factors of causing white speaks are analyzed. White specks can decrease the dyeing value and oil containing content of fibre. If white specks fibre mixed in normal filament it can cause uneven dyeing and uneven oil distributed. Meanwhile, optimizing selection of process parameters are made to reduce fibre white specks.
