摘要
通过对3.5Ni低温塔现场组对环缝在热处理温度下的强度分析,提出采用吊重法的措施,解决了由于筒体自重力产生的压强使低温钢在热处理温度下产生变形的问题。
Through strength analysis to the annular seams of 3.5 Ni low temperature tower site assembly under heat treatment temperature, measim of using lifting weight method is proposed to solve the problem of low temperature steel deformation at heat treatment temperature due to the pressure generated from cylinder self-gravity.
