摘要
某导管在服役期间发生泄漏,管内壁附着大量黄褐色多余物,采用ICP(等离子光谱仪)对导管化学成分进行分析,采用金相显微镜对金相组织进行检查,同时采用扫描电子显微镜对导管泄漏部位、过滤器滤芯和气瓶内壁进行微观观察,采用X射线能谱仪对多余物及气瓶内壁各种污染物进行成分测定。结果表明:导管内壁多余物为腐蚀产物,泄漏部位为腐蚀形成的穿透性点蚀孔,发生点腐蚀原因为气瓶中残留有气瓶制造过程中残余的盐类和外界进入的水分共同作用形成的Cl-。
Leakage occurred to a pipe during service and the inner surface of the pipe had much snuffcolored matter.The leakage cause was analyzed by chemical composition analysis,metallurgical structure examination,macro and micro observation,and energy spectrum analysis.The results indicate that the snuffcolored matter on the inner surface of the pipe is corrosion products.The leakage was caused by pit corrosion hole.The pit corrosion was caused by chlorine ion resulting from the co-effect of remaining salts and water from outside.
