显微手术治疗矢状窦旁脑膜瘤36例

Microsurgical Sagittal Sinus Surgery

目的探讨矢状窦旁脑膜瘤显微手术治疗的方法和效果。方法对本院2005年5月—2010年5月收治的36例矢状窦旁脑膜瘤患者的影像学资料、手术入路、显微手术方法进行回顾性分析。结果按Simp-son切除分级标准Ⅰ级切除22例(61.1%),Ⅱ级切除12例(33.3%),Ⅲ级切除2例(5.6%),术后随访6～24个月,SimpsonⅢ级切除者1例复发,再次手术后恢复良好,无手术死亡病例。结论应用显微手术,保护引流静脉,正确处理矢状窦是治疗矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的最好方法。

Objective To investigate the microstructure of parasagittal meningiomas methods and results of surgical treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 cases of parasagittal meningi-omas imaging data,surgical approach,microsurgical methods.Results Grade I resection results in 22 cases（61.1%）,Ⅱ grade resection in 12 cases（33.3%）,Ⅲ grade resection in 2 cases（5.6%）,no operative deaths.Conclusion Microsurgery to protect the draining veins and correctly handle the sagittal sinus is the treatment of parasagittal meningiomas the best way.
