新生儿气胸的CR诊断体会

Diagnostics Experience of Neonatal Pneu Mothorax in CR

目的研究新生儿气胸的CR诊断特征,以减少对该病的误诊,争取抢救时间。方法收集2010年5月至2010年12月就诊的证实的新生儿气胸患者17例,进行回顾性分析。所有患儿均CR拍摄平片。结果新生儿气胸CR表现多样,结合临床资料对正确诊断有很重要的价值,少部分容易漏诊,需要结合临床进行密切动态观察。

Objective To study neonatal pneumothorax CR diagnostic feature in order to reduce the misdiagnosis,strive for the rescue of time.Methods Collect the 17 neonatal pneumothoraxcases who were confirmed in our hospital from Jan 2010 to Oct 2010,patients were retrospectively analyzed,All of them had CR filming radiographs.Results Neonatal pneumothorax CR performance varied,Combined with clinical data to the correct diagnosis has important value,a few cases easily mis-diagnosed,need combined with clinical and closely dynamic observation.
