摘要
课程理论是课程计划的依据、课程实施的向导、课程反思的标杆、课程审议的参照、课程知识的积累、课程信念的支撑,从这个意义上讲,幼儿园教师需要课程理论。不同层次的课程理论与实践有或长或短的距离,对实践的影响各不相同。不同层次的幼儿园教师可以学习不同层次、相对个人而言更具价值与意义的课程理论。我们可以通过组织读书沙龙、让教师参加各类培训等形式,促进教师掌握并运用课程理论。
Curriculum theory is the basis for curriculum planning curriculum reflection, the reference for curriculum deliberation, the guide for curriculum implement, the measuring pole for the accumulation of curriculum knowledge and the support for curriculum faith. This proves that kindergarten teachers need curriculum theory. Theories of different levels are related to practice and influence practice to different degrees. Teachers can choose to learn theories of appropriate levels. And by participating in trainings and reading salons organized regularly, teachers are enabled to understand and apply these theories.
