摘要
通过试验和分析,证明激光熔覆层与基体有良好的冶金结合性,其组织结构致密、化学成分稀释率低、硬度高,对基体热影响小。建议推广应用该项工艺。
Through the experiment and analyses,this article shows that there is a good metallurgical bonding property between the laser coating and the base metal,with a denser structure,lower dilution rate of chemical composition,greater hardness and less heat affection tothe base metal. This technique is recommended to be introduced into a application.
