摘要
采用Al-Si钎料液相浸渍的反应方法实现了对Ti_3Al基合金的表面改性,且Al-Si与Ti_3Al母材之间形成了良好的界面,涂层由TiAl_3和TiSi_2组成。经过900℃恒温氧化试验后,在涂层外表面与Ti_3Al母材的界面分别出现了Al_2O_3层、Ti-Si层和TiAl层。表面浸渍处理后的试样相对于未加涂层的Ti_3Al试样,其高温抗氧化性明显得到改善,先后经800℃至室温之间的50次循环和900℃至室温之间的50次循环,其氧化速率趋于平缓。未加涂层的Ti_3Al和表面改性后的Ti_3Al的抗拉强度水平相当,但经历过表面浸渍反应热过程的涂层试样,其断后伸长率比原先基体有所改善。
The surface modification of Ti_3Al based metal was conducted by liquid dipping treatment method with Al-Si brazing filler.The results showed that a sound interface can be obtained between Al-Si and Ti_3Al.The surface coating is composed of TiAl,and TiSi_2.After oxidation test at constant temperature of 900 ℃,A1_2O_3,Ti-Si and TiAl layers form in the external surface of coating and the surface of TiAl,respec- tively.The oxidation resistance and the extensibility of Ti_3Al for dipping treatment were improved obviously and the curve of oxidation rate tends to be flat after 50 thermal cycles for 800 ℃ and then 900 ℃ to room-temperature.
