摘要
文中采用高频感应钎焊方法在TC6钛合金试样上制备了WC耐磨层,主要研究了WC耐磨层的显微组织及钎焊热循环对基体性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用高频感应钎焊方法在TC6钛合金表面钎焊WC颗粒,能得到组织致密结合良好的耐磨层;钎焊热循环TC6钛合金基体有一定的影响,离耐磨层与TC6钛合金基体的结合面越近,基体显微硬度越高,随着钎焊热循环次数的增加热影响区距离变大。
High-frequency induction brazing was used to prepare the WC wear-resistant coating on TC6 Ti alloy.The microstructures of the WC wear-resistant coating and the effect of brazing process on the base metal were studied.The results showed that the WC wear-resistant coating with good compact structure can be obtained by high-frequency induction brazing.The brazing thermal cycle has some effect on the microstructure and hardness of the base metal.The hardness of the base metal is higher with the distance from the bonding interface being nearer. With the times of the brazing thermal cycle being increased,the heat affected zone becomes larger.
