摘要
文中从钎焊准备、钎缝间隙、钎剂活性与添加过程、钎焊加热温度、工艺过程控制以及钎焊后的检测技术等方面逐一分析了某焊接组件高频钎焊的脱焊原因,并基于原因分析简要介绍了应对措施及效果验证,最后指出了进一步提高一次合格率和稳定高频钎焊质量的努力方向。
The desoldering of high frequency brazing for some component was analyzed from brazing preparation,brazing gap,the flux activity and its adding process,brazing temperature,process control and test technology after brazing.Based on the analysis of the causes,the measures were proposed and testified.Finally,the direction to increase one-time pass rate and improve the brazing quality.
