介绍了中国铁路机车车辆工业总公司科技信息中心计算机系统的研究、开发过程，对所采用的先进技术做了重点介绍。该系统运行后，能快速、准确、安全地提供科技信息服务。
This article presents the research and development of the computer system for theSci. & Tech. Information Center of China National Railway Locomotive & Rolling Stock Industry Corporation (LORlC), with focus on the advanced computer technology used today.The system,after being in operation,is ab1e to provide information services in a rapid lcorrectand safe way.
