Summing Up Experiences and Standardizing the Maagement to strive for Opening Up New Prospects of Joint-venture Railways

综述了我国合资铁路建设所取得的显著成绩及合资铁路公司在投资体制、经营管理体制改革和加快铁路发展等方面所积累的经验。指出,当前国家加强基础设施建设的方针为合资铁路的发展带来了新的机遇,合资铁路发展的当务之急是规范管理。

The remarkable results achieved in the construction of China's joint-venture railways and the experiences accumulated by the joint-venture railway companies in reforms of investment system and operation and management system as well as in the field of speeding up the railway development are summarized. It is pointed out that the current State' s policy of strengthening the infrastructure construction brings new opportunities to the development of joint-venture railway, of which the top priority of the moment is the standardization of management.
