摘要
选取6月龄纯种雌性SD大鼠46只,随机分为4组,正常组(N组)10只,去势牙周炎组(OVX-PD组)12只,去势牙周炎戊酸雌二醇治疗组(ERT组)12只,去势牙周炎左归丸治疗组(ZGT组)12只。建立骨质疏松牙周炎动物模型并按分组用药,3个月后处死动物,检测牙周组织中的骨保护因子(OPG)、破骨细胞核因子КB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)。ZGT组、ERT组可见牙周袋变浅,牙槽骨可见新骨生成;ZGT组及ERT组牙周组织中OPG含量明显高于OVX-PD组(P<0.01),RANKL含量明显低于OVX-PD组(P<0.01)。
Osteoporosis modle was estabilished by ovariectomy and periodontitis by stainless wire ligation method.48 6-month-old female SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,normal group(N,n=10),ovariectomized periodontitis group(OVX-PD,n=12),ovariectomized periodontitis of estrogen treatment group(ERT,n=12),ovariectomized periodontitis zuogui pill therapy group(ZGT,n=12).3 months after medication,the animals were killed and the maxillars were taken for histological observation and the examinations of the expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG) and receptor activator of nuclear factor-КB ligand(RANKL) in periodontal tissue.Shallow periodontal pocket was found in ZGT and ERT groups,new bone formation was found in alveolar bone.In periodontal tissue OPG concentration in ZGT and ERT groups was higher than in OVX-PD group(P0.01),RANKL concentration in ZGT and ERT groups was lower than in OVX-PD group(P0.01).Zuogui Pill and estradiol valerate can prevent alveolar bone loss in rats with osteoporosis and periodontitis.
