大斜度井压裂充填防砂工艺研究与实践——以南堡35-2油田Ax井为例 被引量:20

摘要 针对南堡35-2油田Ax井明化镇组疏松砂岩油藏储层非均质性较强、砂岩粒度分选性较差、极易出砂,防砂层跨度大、间隔距离长,井斜角大等特点,研制了暂堵抑砂液,并充分运用端部脱砂控制、防止提前脱砂以及泵砂控制等技术措施,在该井成功实施了5层压裂充填防砂作业,可为渤海在生产油田疏松砂岩油藏大斜度井防砂作业提供借鉴。 For Ax well of NB 35-2 oilfield,Minghuazhen unconsolidated sand reservoir is very heterogeneous with sand grains sorted poorly and sand produced easily,the whole sand-control zone is longer with large space between sand-control intervals,and the hole is highly deviated.In order to overcome those difficulties,the temporary plugging workover liquid has been developed and three matching technical measures(controlling the tip screen-out,sand-out pressure appearing ahead of time and pumping sand slurry) have been adopted to perform fracture-packing sand control to five layers in Ax well successfully,which has provided experiences for same fracture-packing sand control operation in highly deviated wells in Bohai Sea.
