摘要
目的探讨面部深Ⅱ度烧伤的最佳治疗方法。方法自2001年8月至2006年5月共有105例面部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者接受MEBT/MEBO治疗,总结分析其临床疗效。结果 MEBT/MEBO治疗面部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面可自行愈合,色素改变轻,无增生性瘢痕形成。结论 MEBT/MEBO治疗面部深Ⅱ度烧伤,方法简单,疗效满意。
Objective To explore an optimal method of deep II degree facial burn treatment. Method Clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO on 105 cases of deep II degree facial burn from August of 2001 to May of 2006 were summarized and analized. Results MEBT/MEBO is effective in accelerating wound healing, relieving pigmentation, preventing hyperplastic scar in deep II degree facial bum treatment. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO is simple to use in deep II degree facial burn treatment with optimal therapeutic result of accelerated wound healing and without obvious sear.
