摘要
目的研究处于活的非可培养(viable but nonculturable,VBNC)状态的痢疾志贺菌黏附Vero细胞和感染HT-29细胞的能力,探讨其潜在致病性。方法用低温寡营养诱导的处于VBNC状态的痢疾志贺菌血清型1型感染Vero细胞以研究其细胞毒性,感染HT-29细胞以研究其黏附性。结果处于VBNC状态的痢疾志贺菌血清型1型能使贴壁生长的Vero细胞丧失贴壁能力,能够黏附HT-29细胞。结论处于VBNC状态的痢疾志贺菌血清型1型具有细胞毒作用;具有黏附细胞的能力,具有潜在的致病能力。
Objective To research cytotoxicity, adhesion and invasiveness ability of S. dysenteriae serotype 1 in the viable but nonculturable state (VBNC) through infecting Vero cells and HT-29 cells in vitro to investigate its potential pathogenicity. Methods Low temperature and starvation induced S. dysenteriae serotype 1 in the VBNC state was used to adhere to Vero cells to research its cytotoxicity, and invade into HT-29 cells to research the adhesion ability. Results S. dysenteriae serotype 1 in the VBNC state made the adherent Vero cells lost the adherent ability, and could adhere to HT-29 intestinal epithelial cells. Conclusion S. dysenteriae serotype 1 in the VBNC state still possess cytotoxicity, retains adherence ability, and preserves the ability of the pathogenic potential.
