某市霾污染因子PM2.5引起居民健康危害的经济学评价

Economic Evaluation of Residents' Health Hazard Caused by PM2.5 of Haze Pollution in a City

目的定量评价某市霾污染因子PM2.5引起的居民健康危害及其经济损失。方法采用以流行病学研究为基础的暴露-反应关系估算某市2009年因霾污染因子PM2.5引起的居民健康效应;并在此基础上结合单位健康效应的经济价值统计相应的经济损失。结果 2009年该市霾污染因子PM2.5引起的居民健康危害共造成经济损失达24.61亿元,占该市2009年GDP的0.17%。结论该市目前的霾污染水平造成的居民健康危害及经济损失较为明显,该方法可用于PM2.5致居民健康危害的经济学评价。

Objective To do the quantitative assessment of effects of haze pollution on resident＇s health and economic losses in a city. Methods The health hazard caused by the PM2.5 in haze pollution was estimated based on the epidemicdoses model.The economic losses caused by the PM2.5 in haze pollution was estimated combining with the unit economic value on health effects. Results The economic loss of 24.61 billion yuan was because of the health hazard caused by haze pollution, taking up about 0.17% in the GDP of this city in 2009. Conclusion The resident＇s health hazards and economic loss caused by the current levels of the haze pollution in this city is obvious.
