摘要
从番茄根际土壤中分离到1株解磷荧光假单胞菌LAD6,并对其进行了形态特征、生理生化鉴定及16S rDNA同源性序列分析。高效毛细管电泳仪(HPCE)分析结果显示,LAD6能够产生葡萄糖酸。对LAD6的解磷能力的测定结果表明,培养液中的磷溶解量的变化与菌株LAD6的生长和生理代谢的变化相关,其最大磷溶解量达到了24.5μg/mL。
Bacterial strain LAD6 was isolated from tomato rhizosphere soil and identified by the characteristics of morphology,physiology and biochemistry tests and the comparison of 16S rDNA sequence.LAD6 can excrete gluconic-acid analysis by HPCE.The P-solubilizing of LAD6 was studied.The result showed that the change of the P-solubilizing content was correlated with the growth and metabolism of LAD6,and its highest P-solubilizing content was 24.5 μg/mL.
