在分析社会网络与企业内部知识共享联系的基础上,探讨社会网络视角下企业内部知识共享的影响因素,并将社会网络理论运用到企业内部知识共享机制的构建之中,分别从社会网络的核心理论——网络关系、网络位置、社会资本三个视角研究企业内部知识共享机制的构建。

Knowledge sharing is a key factor of enterprise to keep up continuous innovation and maintain the persistent competition advantage. As well as knowledge sharing mechanism is closely related to the efficiency of knowledge sharing. On the basis of analysis on contact between social network and knowledge sharing in enterprise, social network analysis will be applied to the construction of knowledge sharing mechanism. The authors study the construction of knowledge sharing mechanism from the core theory of social net- work-network links, network location, social capital.
