一种测定土壤有效氮的快速方法 被引量:1

摘要 1978年,Fox和Piekielek提出用0.01mol/L NaHCO3所浸提的土壤有机质对260nm波长紫外光的吸光度来估测土壤有效氮水平。此方法非常快速、简便。本研究旨在探讨该法在我国北方石灰性土壤中的适用性。
