摘要
文章首先分析了信息公开视角下公共图书馆与行政机关的法律关系,然后阐述了公共图书馆信息公开请求权如何实现,最后总结了公共图书馆信息公开请求权的现实意义。
In this paper, the legal relationship between public libraries and administrative authorities is elaborated based on information disclosure system, and then how to realize libraries＇ rights in claim of information disclosure is also discussed, at last, the significance of the research is concluded.
