摘要
文章主要介绍了近两年来国内外用户服务政策的研究与实践,包括公共图书馆用户服务政策、数字图书馆服务政策、虚拟参考咨询服务政策、各类用户群服务政策、社会媒体服务政策和用户隐私保护政策。与国外相比,国内研究还存在一定差距,政策的推动作用也非常有限。
The advancement of the studies and practice on abroad and domestic user services policies during 2009 - 2010 are mainly introduced, which include public library service policy, digital library service policy, virtual reference servlee policy, various user groups service policy, social media policy and user privacy policy. There is still a gap between domestic and abroad studies. The roles of domestic service policies are also very limited.
