An Empirical Study of the Information Capability System of State-owned Joint-stock Banks

信息能力是国有股份制银行的基本运营能力。信息能力体系的构建是提高国有股份制银行信息能力的基础性策略。国有股份制银行信息能力体系包括信息能力战略、信息生产能力、信息检索能力、信息应用能力与信息辅助能力五个要素。经验性的研究揭示了信息能力体系的内部机制,发现了银行信息能力培育的优势与不足,从而为国有股份制银行信息能力的改进提供现实性的理论指导。

The information ability is the basic operating ability of state - owned joint - stock banks, and the construction of its system is the basic strategy to raise bank＇s information ability. The information ability system of state - owned joint - stock includes information strategic, information production ability, information retrieval ability, information application ability and information supporting ability. The empirical research reveals the internal mechanisms of information ability system, and finds its advantages and disadvantage, which may provide realistic theoretical guidance for the banks to foster information ability.
