摘要
企业越接近技术发展的前沿领域,其内部研发就越难以满足市场对技术更新换代的需求,迫使企业不得不通过其他方式提升自身的技术实力。目前,技术并购已成为企业获取外部技术和提升能力的一种重要方式,学术界对此进行了较为广泛的研究。对国外技术并购研究的主要成果进行了梳理,指出了影响技术并购绩效的关键因素,对中国企业的技术并购实践提出了四点建议。
As more firms approach the technology frontiers, they have been forced to devise new mechanisms to upgrade their technological capabilities. Technology-driven acquisitions are one means of accessing highly advanced technologies and accumulating their capabilities. This article provides a literate review on existing studies about technology-driven acquisitions.
