摘要
团队的决策程序公正性是影响决策质量的重要变量。以浙江省私营企业为研究样本,建立了决策程序公正性、团队信任和决策质量关系模型,并对模型进行了实证检验。结果表明:改善团队的决策程序公正性有助于提高决策质量,团队信任在两者之间具有部分中介效应。
