Determination of felodipine by flow injection analysis with chemiluminescence detection

摘要 基于非洛地平在碱性条件下对鲁米诺.K,Fe(cN)。化学发光体系具有很强的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了直接测定非洛地平的流动注射-化学发光新方法。方法的线性范围为6.0×10^-9~3.0×10^-6g/mL,检出限为2.1X10^-9g/mL,对浓度为1.0×10^-7g/mL非洛地平平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.3%,方法已成功应用于片剂中非洛地平含量的测定。 A novel flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) method was developed for the determination of Felodipine-based on the strong enhanced effect of felodipine on the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol with potassium ferricyanide in a basic medium. The concentration range of linear response for felodipine was 6. 0 Х10^-9-3.0 x 10^-6g/mL. The detection limit was 2.1 x 10 ^-9g/mL and the relative standard deviation was 2.3% for the determination of 1.0 x 10^-7g/mL felodipine (n = 11 ). The proposed method was simple, rapid and sensitive,and was successfully applied to the determination of felodipine in tablets.
