摘要
科研诚信建设与学术不端行为防范是我国科学技术事业健康发展的重要保证,近年来我国科技界在科研诚信建设方面积累了很多有益的经验,但是与发达国家相比,科研诚信建设的理论与实证研究仍相当薄弱。国家自然科学基金委员会第53期双清论坛以"科研诚信建设与学术不端行为防范"为主题,从管理体制、科研伦理、媒体监督等多角度对加强我国科研诚信建设,遏制学术不端行为的理论与实践进行了探讨,本文对此次论坛涉及的主要内容进行综述。
Construction of research integrity and prevention of academic misconduct are the important guar- antee for healthy development of China＇s science and technology. In recent years, much beneficial experience in construction of research integrity has been accumulated in China＇s scientific and technological circles. But compared with developed countries, theoretical and empirical study on construction of research integrity is still quite weak. The 53rd Shuangqing forum of National Natural Science Foundation of China centers on construction of research integrity and prevention of academic misconduct, explores theory and practice on strengthening construction of research integrity and restraining academic misconduct from the angle of management system, research ethic, media supervision, etc. This paper summarizes the main content related to this forum.
