开发区建设与城郊社会空间的分异——基于闵行开发区周边社区的调查

Economic and technological development zone construction and suburb socio-spatial differentiation:based on the survey on Minxing District

经济技术开发区建设是我国引进外资和发展对外贸易的重要举措,其布局多在城市郊区,并由此带动了郊区农村地域迅速向外来农民工集聚的工业化地域的转变,从而可能使原本相对均质的城郊社会空间趋于复杂。通过对上海闵行经济技术开发区周边社区的实地调查,主要借助人口统计资料和居民空间情感的访谈成果,初步探索了经济技术开发区周边居民社会空间的分异状况和机制。研究表明,经济技术开发区建设将使城郊社会空间出现一定程度的分异,但受限于农民工群体的文化经济状况,其影响的空间范围相对有限。但情感空间的分异比居住空间分异更为深刻,它可能影响到城市化进程与和谐城市建设,应受到足够的重视。

The construction of economic and technologi- cal development zone is an important way to introduce foreign in- vestment and develop trade. The economic and technological de- velopment zones are always distributed in the suburban areas,which could make the local society more complicated. This arti- cle, based on the data of population statistics and field work, studies the soeiospatial differentiation around Minhang Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is held that, to some extent, the construction of economic and technological develop- ment zone will lead to sociospatial differentiation around. How- ever, its influence is limited because of the economic and cultur- al background of migrant workers. The sociospatial differentia- tion is more obvious in emotional aspect than in residential as- pect, which may affect the urbanization and the construction of harmonious society and this deserves more researches.
