摘要
给出了一种由方向盘转角及力矩传感器、16位∑-△型数模转换器、单片机和CAN总线芯片所组成的方向盘转角及转向力矩采集方案。阐述了A/D转换、转角及力矩值计算、CAN通讯的实现以及上位机采集软件的编写等重要过程的实现方法,在此基础上实现了对方向盘转角及转向力矩的数据采集,并进行了实际车载环境使用。应用结果表明,该系统测试精度高、稳定性好,适合应用于驾驶行为测试及车辆操纵稳定性试验中。
A steering wheel angle and torque acquisition system is presented, which is composed of steering angle and torque sensor, 16 bit ∑-△ A/D converter, single-chip microcomputer and CANbus chip. It is the A/D conversion, calculate of steering angle and torque, the realization of CAN protocol, the establishment of host computer acquisition software and many other important process of the method. Based on these it realized the data acquisition of steering wheel' s angle and torque. The practical vehicle test result shows that the accuracy of this system is high and the stability of this system is good, and is fit to use in driving test and vehicle handling stability test.
