摘要 为节约人力资源和保护人身安全,科学准确地判断各种环境条件下波控系统的工作是否正常,给出了一种波束控制系统环境试验自动控制平台的硬件构成和软件设计。该设计平台使用一台工控机和1个支持GPIB总线的多通道程控电源,通过VB编制的应用程序,实现被测试的波控系统在设定的时间自动开关机,实现对波控系统使用的各品种电源参数值和自检信号的自动记录和监测控制。经过前后5个周期,历时1年多的实践检验结果表明,相对以前人工参与的环境实验平台,该控制台在不增加设备成本的条件下,极大地满足了低人力成本和高精准度控制的需求。 In order to reduce the cost of manpower and protect the safety of body, and judge weather the beam steering system works well, adesign of hardware and software of an auto control platform for beam steering environment test is presented. Anindustrialpersonal computer and a programmable multi-channels power supply which support GPIB bus is adopted in the platform. With the control of VB application program, the tested beam steering system could be powered on or powered off automatically at the pre-decided time and all kinds of power module' s output parameters is recorded and monitored in the system. After 5 periodic test which lasted over 1 year, it is proved that the platform greatly reduces the cost of manpower and meets the high level precision control compared to the previous manhandle environment test platform.
