民意调查是反腐倡廉建设科学化的基础和保障。经历了十多年的积累和发展,我国反腐倡廉建设民意调查的范围和内容不断扩大,反腐倡廉建设民意调查的技术和机制逐渐完善,为我国反腐倡廉建设的科学化奠定了一定基础。然而,由于反腐倡廉民意调查涉及的范围广,腐败和反腐败相关信息认知和收集难,反腐倡廉民意调查还面临着很多现实难题。反腐倡廉建设科学化的提出为推动反腐倡廉民意调查的科学化提供了新的契机,必须进一步认识反腐倡廉民意调查科学化的意义和功能,规范反腐倡廉民意调查的内容体系和技术方法,健全反腐倡廉民意调查的运作机制,整合反腐倡廉民意调查的资源,进一步推动我国反腐倡廉民意调查的科学化。

Opinion polls provide the underlying basis for the scientization of combating corruption and building a clean government. Through the development for more than 10 years, rapid progresses have been made on the opinion poll scopes and contents, suvey technologies and mechanisms in the anti--corruption, which lays the foundations for the seientization of combating corruption and building a clean government. However, there exist some realistic difficulties with expanding opinion poll scopes and collecting the real poll informations. Against the background of scientization of combating corruption and building a clean government recently put forward by the central commission for discipline inspections of the CPC, it is very nesessary to emphasize the opinion poll significance and function, to improve on the suvey content and technology, to establish the effective operating suvey mechanisms,to integrate the polling resources in order to carry out the scientization of combating corruption ancl building a elean government.
