摘要
燃油导管是航空活塞发动机燃油计量部件向各汽缸输送燃油的通道,导管固定螺帽裂纹会导致导管固持力降低,严重时将引发燃油外漏,可能造成严重的飞行事故。本工作以美制Cessna172飞机发动机燃油导管黄铜螺帽为例,对其在成都地区的大气环境下和日常维护工作中产生应力腐蚀裂纹的原因进行了分析,提出的预防措施实施后效果明显。
Fuel tubes are the channel of metering parts of piston engine sending fuel to cylinder. Cracks in the fuel tube nut can cause fuel tube loosed, and oil leakage, leading to serious flight accident. The reasons of stress corrosion cracking of the fuel tube brass nut of Cessna172 airplane were analyzed, the normal maintenance and a series of preventive measures were put forward.
