摘要
根据金川二矿主风机风量测试过程中遇到的风量测点不足、不能反映风机实际风量的问题,运用一元流体运动模型和流体在管道中速度分布规律的相关理论知识,结合Origin软件的曲线拟合功能,拟合出风硐内风速分布规律曲线,进而求出风硐风速及风机风量。经过工业验证符合实际在误差要求范围之内,具有工业应用价值,为风机风量测试提供了一种新的方法,可应用于实际工程生产。
In Jinchuan air flow test of fan wind cave, the numerical value of air volume test can not reflect the actual amount of wind of air blower,because of the wind measuring point. The unary fluid movement model and the theories knowledge of the fluid velocity distribution are utilized in the pipeline. The Origin software's curve fitting function is unify. The curve of the wind speed distribution rule is fitted in the wind mountain cave. The wind speed and air volume of the air blower are calculated. With the industry confirmation that the wind value tallies actual, the industrial application value is proved to be in the error range required. A new method for the air blower test of amount of wind that may be applied in the actual project production is provided.
